Day 1: Destination Foligno 

Your Meeting Point will be the Termini Station in Rome. Here you will get acquainted with the rest of the group and your guide who will be with you for the duration of this fascinating journey!
After about 2 hours by train, we arrive in Foligno, where a shuttle is waiting to take us to the selected Bike Hotel.
In the afternoon there will be a briefing with the local guide who will explain the itinerary program and the functionality of the e-bikes.
Continuing in this direction we will arrive in the 'ancient town of Sutri, a historic municipality with an archaeological and artistic heritage of great importance, which heralds the last surprises of the day: the Roman Amphitheater, and the amazing Madonna del Parto, an underground church carved out of the premises of an ancient Mithraeum, completely excavated in the rock.
Sutri is a medieval village that is definitely worth a visit, and being a stop on the ancient pilgrimage to Rome on the Via Francigena is rich in history, art and nature.

Day 2: Umbra Valley and Rasiglia 


The Umbrian Valley E-bike tour plans to ride in the Foligno mountain area, characterized by large forests of centuries-old Holm oaks and colorful beech forests, as well as Abbeys and
Small villages crossed by rivers.
Along the way we will have the pleasure of seeing the Abbey of Sassovivo, an ancient Benedictine monastery that stands in a centuries-old ilex grove. We will then reach Rasiglia, a medieval village lost in time, characterized by the enchanting waterways that run through it and that enhanced its former craft productivity. Returning toward Foligno, we meet Pale, a medieval village famous for papermaking, full of evocative places such as the hermitage, the Abbadessa caves and the Menotre River waterfalls.
When you arrive at Sasso di Pale, a spectacular rock face overlooking the Menotre Valley, enjoy the view of Lake Corbara and Mount Peglia.
Return to the hotel if necessary for a shower and return to Rome by train in the evening.

• Departure is guaranteed when the minimum number of participants is reached. In case this does not happen you can change your trip or ask us for a full refund of the paid fee.
• For organizational reasons, the hotel may place participants in another related facility, with equal treatment. Some hotels may require a credit card at check in to guarantee any consumption or extra services (minibar, spa entrance,...). The card is released at check out.
• The itinerary may be subject to changes before and/or during the vacation due to organizational reasons, weather conditions (to be understood as heavy thunderstorms only and not drizzle) or provisions of local authorities.There will be no refund for changes or non-performance of the program due to the above-mentioned causes. In case of closures not foreseeable at the time of program publication, we will substitute the planned visit with other places of interest.
• We expect you to be fit to tackle this route: check well the level of difficulty and the characteristics of the route, and ask us for help if you have any doubts. It is essential to know how to ride a bicycle with a minimum of experience in its use. People deemed by our guide to be unfit for the trip, or with physical issues that preclude the safe conduct of the tour, will not be admitted to the group. There will be no refunds for unsuitable persons.
• Please indicate at the time of booking any allergies, intolerances or dietary habits (e.g. vegetarian, vegan diet...). We will notify the facilities of your request. To be safe, bring a small supply of special foods (e.g., gluten-free) with you.
• Remember to check out in the morning, right after breakfast, so that you do not leave any documents required at the hotel during check in. In fact, at the end of the tour you will not return to the hotel, your luggage will be transported by our transfer service directly to the rental point (meeting point).
• The Package's included Luggage Transfer service provides only and exclusively for one small/medium sized trolley per person. Any other additional luggage may be transported upon agreed request and extra payment.
• Remember to charge the E-Bike battery overnight so that you have all the levels to ride the next day.
